What we collect

You can browse this site without telling us who you are. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

When you send the contact form, we receive:

• your name, company name and email address;
• your phone number, if you choose to give it;
• what you are asking for and your message;
• the country your request came from and your browser type, which help us answer and spot spam;
• a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, used only to limit how many requests one visitor can send.

If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers the choice on your own device. It is not sent to us.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your request: to send prices, samples, documents or technical answers, and to follow up on that request. We don't sell your details or share them with other companies for their marketing.

Services that process it for us

• Google Firebase hosts the website and stores form submissions.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person, not a bot.
• Resend delivers the emails about your request.

These services may process data outside India.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to answer your request and keep normal business records. Rate-limit records are deleted automatically within a few days.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing info@shellyinterchem.com. We will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date above.
